The registration fee includes:
- Access to plenary lectures and technical sessions

The registration fee does not include:
- Lunch: Boxed lunch JPY 1,500/day
- Banquet (November 1, 19:00-): JPY 10,000 Venue: Taikoen
- Excursion (October 30, 14:00-): JPY 7,000 Tour Itinerary
Registration Cancellation Policy

- At least six weeks prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund will be issued.
- Less than six weeks, but at least three weeks, prior to the first day of the event, a full credit/refund minus a 20% administrative charge will be issued.
- Less than three weeks prior to the first day of the event, or you do not attend the event, no refund will be issued.
